May 8th, 2011 Kidnap of Dudley’s Jewelery Store Owner
A jewelery store owner was kidnapped from his Dudley home and was forces to open his jewelery store by the kidnappers.
Three men took the store owner to the jewelery store and other two stayed at home.
He opened the store, but he was able to raise the fire alarm. The kidnappers were forced to drop the jewelery store owner back to his home. They picked up the other two from the house. The police chased them, but lost the track.
Nothing was stolen from the jewelery store. But the kidnappers were able to steal some cash and jewelery from the home.
The police did not reveal the jewelery store owner's identity in order to protect him and his family.
